Security Update 24/5/12

Following the appointment of Asiaforce many people including ourselves had high expectations that significant improvements would be made quickly. Whilst some improvements are obvious it’s fair to say that some of the issues that have occurred over the past week and highlighted to the JMC via Facebook have been very disappointing.

Some of the previous guards appeared to have been rehired by Asiaforce and we have requested that these are transferred out immediately.

The JMC are working with both SPM and Asiaforce Management to urgently try and improvement things and we request your patience whilst changes are made.

Please continue to send feedback with specific examples inc date/time/location and photos (if possible) to the JMC via vwm.jmc@gmail.com so that we can address such issues with SPM and Asiaforce.

Finally we would like to request cooperation from all residents in following the houserules so ensure a more harmonious living environment for all at Villa Wangsamas.

While we acknowledge that there will be some teething problems during the transition period, we request for your patience. We also ask for residents to continue giving feedback as this is valuable in monitoring the performance of the security company.
